Introduction

The Problem: “First time in a gym”, the challenges of exercise, starting a new exercise program. Research question: What are the challenges / obstacles to exercise or starting a new one? Objective: to remove obstacles from exercise, increase exercise, improve exercise services

User research: summary

The research included an online user survey, exercise diaries, and a self ethnographic approach, desk research, and benchmarking. After the research, the findings of the material were raised to the ideation phase, a personalities were built and a prototype that could be clicked with Figma was made. Pictures were created in Canva. Testing and validation.
